Shawn Baker has been engaged in full-time ministry for the last 28 years. He and his wife, Holly, are both natives of Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, and have ministered throughout the United States and abroad. Shawn is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for administration.

Shawn and Holly are actively engaged in full-time ministry, from itinerate ministry to consulting work in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. The Baker's stay on the go for the Kingdom of God. Shawn and Holly have been church planters and church revitalizers for more than 10 churches in the United States and Israel. The Baker's initially served as Planting Pastors of the Herzliya Congregation in Herzliya, Israel, the last city in the state of Israel to have a Messiah centered congregation. Furthermore, Pastor Shawn served as the Executive Director of the Church of God's Israel Initiative, representing the international community of believers to Israel. In addition, Pastor Shawn and Holly are the founding Pastors of New Life Church located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, where they now reside full time.

New Life Church is quickly becoming an international arm for the Kingdom of God. With media members located throughout the United States and six foreign countries, including one international congregation located in Nairobi, Kenya, New Life Church is steadily expanding throughout the world.
